We all know that the stainless steel air shower in the clean workshop has a key effect, so if there are some common failures in the stainless steel air shower room, how should we deal with it?

Common faults are solved as follows:

First, the power switch

General stainless steel air shower room has four areas to cut off the switching power supply:

1. Stainless steel air shower room box operating panel

2. Stainless steel air shower outdoor box power switch

3. Stainless steel air shower on both sides of the outer box (here the power switch can prevent the emergency to cut off the switching power supply, reasonably improve the life safety of the worker). When the indicator light is blocked, it is not possible to check again the switching power supply of the four stainless steel air shower rooms above.

Second, stainless steel air shower centrifugal fan does not work

When the stainless steel shower room does not work, first check whether the emergency power switch of the stainless steel shower outdoor box is cut off, such as clearly cut off, gently press, turn to the right side to let go.

Third, the centrifugal fan of the stainless steel air shower room is reversed or the wind of the stainless steel air shower room is very small, please try to check whether the route of 220V three-phase four lines is reverse.
