1, the fan is made of German direct drive EBM high efficiency centrifugal fan, with long life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, stepless speed regulation and other characteristics. Working life up to 30,000 hours or more. The speed regulation performance of the fan is stable, and the air volume can still be ensured under the state of final resistance of the high efficiency filter.

2, using ultra-thin high efficiency filter without partition, the size of the static pressure box is reduced to a small size, and then equipped with stainless steel countertop and glass side baffle to make the whole studio appear spacious and bright.

3, equipped with Dwyer differential pressure meter, clearly indicate the pressure difference on both sides of the high efficiency filter, and remind to replace the high efficiency filter in time.

4, the use of adjustable air supply system to adjust the wind speed, so that the working area wind speed in an ideal state.

100 level positive pressure isolation system

1.1 The ultra-clean line uses air intake system, return air system, glove isolation and other devices to avoid external pollution into the 100-level area, requiring the positive pressure in the filling and capping area to be greater than that in the bottle washing area. The current values for these three areas are as follows: filling and capping area: 12pa, bottle washing area: 6pa. Unless there is a real need, it is not allowed to close the 100-level fan at will, which is easy to cause pollution in the efficient outlet area and bring microbial hazards.

1.2 When the speed of the frequency conversion fan in the filling or capping area reaches 100% and still cannot reach the set pressure value, the system alarms and prompts to replace the 100-level high efficiency filter.

1.3 Thousand-grade purification room requirements: The positive pressure of the thousand-grade filling room is controlled at 15Pa, the positive pressure of the control room is controlled at 10Pa, and the pressure of the filling room is higher than that of the control room.

Maintenance of 1.4 hundred grade primary effect filter: Replace the primary effect filter once a month. Filling 100 level system only the initial effect and high efficiency filter, the initial effect filter is generally checked every week whether the back is dirty, dirty need to be replaced.

1.5 hundred high efficiency filter installation: filling hundred high efficiency filter is more precise, be careful not to touch the filter paper part with your hand during installation and replacement (filter paper is glass fiber paper, which is easier to break), and pay attention to the protection of the seal.

1.6 hundred-level high efficiency filter leak detection: generally three months a hundred-level high efficiency filter leak detection. If the 100-level space dust and microbial abnormalities are found, it is also necessary to detect the leak of the high-efficiency filter, and the filter found to be leaked should be replaced, and the leak should be detected again after the replacement, and the qualified can be used.

The replacement of 1.7 hundred high efficiency filters: the regular general one year to replace the high efficiency filters. After replacing the new high efficiency filter, the leak must be re-detected, and the production can start after passing.

1.8 hundred-level air duct control: the hundred-level wind of the air duct is filtered by three levels of initial effect, medium effect and high efficiency. The initial effect filter is generally replaced once a month, and the back side of the initial effect is checked every week, and the dirtier one needs to be replaced. The medium effect filter is generally replaced once a half year, but it is necessary to check whether the seal is tight every month to prevent the air from damaging the high efficiency due to the loose seal bypassing the medium effect. Hepa filters are generally replaced once a year. When the filling machine stops filling and cleaning, the air duct fan can not be completely closed, and the low-frequency operation is required to maintain a certain positive pressure.
