Product feature
Weighing cabinet is a kind of local cleaning equipment for pharmaceutical, microbial research and scientific experiments, which provides a vertical unidirectional air flow, some clean air circulates in the working area, and some is discharged to the nearby area, so that the working area produces negative pressure, prevents cross-contamination, and is used to ensure the high cleanliness environment of the working area. Weighing and packaging dust and reagents in the equipment can control the spilt and rise of dust and reagents, prevent the inhalation of dust and reagents to the human body, avoid the cross contamination of dust and reagents, and protect the external environment and the safety of indoor personnel.
The weighing operation area is protected by a hundred-stage vertical unidirectional airflow. Design according to the requirements of GMP
Working principle of weighing:
Using primary, medium and high efficiency three-stage filtration, hundreds of levels of laminar flow in the operation area, most of the clean air circulates in the weighing operation area, and a small part of the clean air (10-15%) is discharged to the background environmental clean area in the weighing room, thus forming negative pressure in the weighing operation area, preventing dust leakage and protecting personnel and the surrounding environment.
Weighing structure composition:
The equipment adopts module design and is composed of professional units such as structure, ventilation, electrical and automatic control. The main structure uses SUS304 stainless steel panel with 500mm thickness, and the sheet metal structure part is processed by stainless steel plate of different specifications: the ventilation unit is composed of fan, junior high efficiency, uniform flow film: electrical seal (380V/220V) is divided into lamps, electric control boxes, switch sockets, etc. : In terms of automatic control, temperature, cleanliness, pressure difference and other sensors are mainly used to sense the corresponding parameter changes, and then adjust and maintain the normal operation of the overall equipment.
