Product structure

Solid leak-proof frame structure, each filter bag adopts double U-shaped aluminum alloy to strengthen support, "V" type filter bag structure. The filter material is made of high-quality fluffy multi-layer polyester synthetic glass fiber, which is treated by special process to form an encrypted structure, so that the filter can achieve high dust capacity and low resistance. The needling layer and microfiber layer in the filter material also ensure the filtration efficiency. Ultrasonic seamless sealing, the bag is closed on three sides to ensure that the filter will not be damaged in the harsh environment, each filter bag is equipped with a pair of reinforcement, the bag is divided into a uniform horizontal air flow channel, so that the bag can be greatly expanded, so that the air flow can be uniform through, greatly improving the use area of the filter bag, increasing the dust capacity of the filter. It also reduces the pressure on the filter.
